✪General Terms✪
►Before sending any commission last results, the full payment must be made.►The prices are subject to change depending on demand.►You should NOT alter the commission result without my consent.►Do not turn the commission into NFTS.►I reserve the right to decline any commission request.►The prices will always be in USD►Dont send me any payments. I will send the invoice if your commission is accepted.
✪Comercial use and Copyright✪
►1.5x TOTAL price : Promotion Material/Streaming Assets (Vtuber branding, Twitch, Youtube, Website)►3x TOTAL price : Merchandises (Selling art, Books, Printed Goods)►Copyright infringement:
- Reproduce it.
- Using as commercial use without paying the fees.
- Claiming it as your own.
- Editing without my consent.
- Make the comission an NTF
✪Process✪
►When clicking on the "order now" button, you will be redirected to a Google Form to fill out. Please try to provide as much information as possible.►after looking at your google form, i will send you an estimate price. Evidently, you can decline my offer, and try to negotiate or cut it out there.►If you accept the estimate, I will start drawing the sketch once you have signed the estimate AND when I have received the first percentage payment (30%)►After this, you are allowed to have 3 revisions during the process.-First revision: it's about major changes like composition, poses, format, etc. You can request this revision during the sketch phase.-Second revision: It's about minor changes like errors in colors or adding no complex details.-Third revision: It can usually be requested during any stage of the process.►After everything is approved, i will send you an email with your file/s►I usually won't take more than 1-2 weeks to finish the project but it also depends on my schedule, if that´s the case i will inform you about it before starting.
✪Cancellation & Refund Policy✪
► After receiving the sketch, you are free to choose to end the order at this stage without being refunded (therefore, I will keep the 30% of the total price). Please note that canceling implies that the client has not requested any modifications to the sketch received.►You are NOT allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.► If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
►If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
► If you are getting a refund, DO NOT request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
